WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique. When we do breathwork, we take in much more oxygen than we normally do, and so there is a change of state in the body. Because of this, we are able to access the subconscious mind, and we use this for healing, therapy, and personal development.
CAN ANYONE DO BREATHWORK?
Yes, anyone can do breathwork, whether you're young or in your golden years. However, you should consult your doctor first if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, or severe panic attacks. If you have asthma, make sure to bring your inhaler to your sessions, and if you're pregnant, it may be best to wait until the child is born.
