WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique. When we do breathwork, we ​take in much more oxygen than we normally do, and so there is a change of ​state in the body. Because of this, we are able to access the subconscious ​mind, and we use this for healing, therapy, and personal development.

CAN ANYONE DO BREATHWORK?

Yes, anyone can do breathwork, whether you're young or in your golden ​years. However, you should consult your doctor first if you have high blood ​pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, or severe panic attacks. If you have ​asthma, make sure to bring your inhaler to your sessions, and if you're ​pregnant, it may be best to wait until the child is born.
